Högskoleprovet (SweSAT)

The Högskoleprovet - or Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test (SweSAT), as it's called in English - is a standardised test that can be used as a way to compete for a place in courses and programmes at Swedish universities.
You can do the Högskoleprovet at Samarkand in Ludvika.

Anyone can take the SweSAT. There are no restrictions regarding citizenship, residency status or age. However, the test is only given in Swedish so it's important to have learned Swedish sufficiently to be successful.

In order to succeed at the Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test, you must first become good at the Swedish language. A guidance counsellor can help you to determine if you're ready for the test. When that day comes, you can find plenty of information about the test at Studera.nu in Swedish. Just follow the link below:

The application fee for the test is 450 kronor. The test is given twice a year - once in the autumn and once in the spring. The application period opens about two weeks before the application deadline. The test, given on a Sunday in the autumn and a Saturday in the spring, is available at a number of locations throughout Sweden.
